Presence. Authenticity. Direction.

Values that are shared in my work & in my lifestyle.

Welcome,

I am Alexia Nopaltitla, a Creative Designer based in Los Angeles, California. Being raised in Los Angeles has profoundly impacted my appreciation for the glowing & thriving life in cultures that influence design, technology & our environments. The vibrancy from each culture has inspired the way approach creative solutions, while creating a visual connection between communities. I strive to explore human interactions with design, while being a part of the continues change that we generate as a society.

As a human, I am interested in understanding & curating meaningful experiences with other humans through design. Developing deeper conscious solutions that help evolve us as a whole. Like my favorite insect, a moth, I aspire to build a community that works together to create a sustainable future.

Questions I’ve been asking myself during quarantine:

✄ What it means to be able bodied & its impact on people with disabilities. How can we make design solutions that help create accessibility to those impacted by physical & non-physical limitations?

♡ I decided to download a mobile application called ASL, for people learning how to communicate in sign language. As I learned how to spell my name, I realized that as a designer, I could help create solutions for people with disabilities who struggle with their daily life activities, how awesome is that?

✄ How can we improve our work flow from home?

♡ Simple actions like setting your alarm & preparing your desk for tomorrows tasks can be very helpful. At the moment, I’ve been using my weekly calendar, writing down my goals for the incoming week, & having catch up Zoom calls with my fellow designers to keep motivation flowing.
